Toh Kian Sing SC and Ian Teo, partners in Rajah & Tann LLP's Admiralty & Shipping Practice, were contributing authors to a newly published textbook "The Law and Practice of Documentary Letters of Credit" by Peter Ellinger and Dora Neo.
 
Published by Hart Publishing in London, the book will be an essential work of reference for commercial lawyers in all the major financial centres of Europe, America and Asia. The book also features comparative analysis on the UCP 500 and its current version, UCP 600.
