Bloomberg named Rajah & Tann LLP the top equity IPO issuer adviser this year with a market share of 26.2%, ahead of other leading Asian law firms such as Tian Yuan Law Firm, Yuan Tai Law Offices, Collin NG & Partners, Stamford LLC, Wilkinson & Grist, WongPartnership LLP and Drew & Napier.

The Capital Markets League Table accumulated the deals in the Singapore capital market from January to September this year, and based on these deals ranked the advisers to IPO Issuers and Managers in terms of market share, volume and deal count.
